Shipping & Delivery

When you place an order through our website, the checkout section will outline every shipping method currently available for your location, along with the corresponding delivery charges and an estimated period in which your parcel is expected to arrive. All of this information is displayed before you confirm your purchase, giving you the freedom to compare options and select the service that best aligns with your timing and budget. The delivery timeframes are calculated using working days only, which means that weekends and public holidays—whether they fall in the United Kingdom or in the country receiving the shipment—are not included in the count. These estimates are offered as helpful projections rather than strict guarantees. Once a parcel has been transferred to the courier network, various unpredictable factors may influence the progress of the shipment, making it impossible to promise an arrival date with complete certainty.

The estimated shipping durations are based on the average performance of our delivery partners from the moment an order leaves our warehouse until it reaches the customer’s doorstep. Precise delivery timing may shift depending on your selected service level and the geographic distance between the dispatch location and the final destination. For customers within the United Kingdom, a standard delivery typically arrives within approximately four working days. Shipments sent through DHL’s express service are usually delivered in around three working days, and some orders qualify for a next day option for even faster receipt. Across the European region, standard delivery commonly spans around eight working days, while express services reduce the timeframe to roughly four working days. Parcels sent to destinations outside Europe often take between eight and fourteen working days when shipped through standard international service, and express delivery options usually require about six working days to complete the journey. If an order includes personalized details such as embroidery or custom additions, an extra three working days may be needed before the parcel is dispatched to ensure that every request is created with precision.

Next day delivery is offered only to customers within the UK and follows very specific cut-off conditions. To qualify, an order must be submitted before 2 pm Monday through Friday. Orders that meet this requirement are normally shipped out on the same day and are intended to arrive on the following working day. Purchases placed after the 2 pm threshold are handled the next working day, with delivery scheduled for the day after dispatch. For example, an order submitted early on a Friday morning should reach the customer on Monday, whereas an order placed late Friday afternoon will be processed on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. All next day parcels require a customer signature at the time of delivery. During exceptionally busy periods, such as holiday peaks, dispatch times may lengthen slightly due to increased order volume.

Delivery schedules can be affected by a variety of external circumstances, some of which are beyond the control of both retailers and carriers. Severe storms, transportation strikes, unexpected route closures, or natural disruptions may slow the progress of shipments. Certain remote or difficult-to-access regions naturally require longer delivery windows. In the UK, this includes locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Inverness, the Orkney and Shetland Islands, Oban, the Isle of Man, the Western Isles, and select BFPO addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or to military mailboxes such as APO or FPO addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland typically take an extra working day beyond the usual projection. Shipments to the Channel Islands and various Highland areas may need one to two additional working days because of limited routing options or mandatory logistical checks.

Overall, the time estimates shown during checkout are intended to guide your planning rather than promise an exact arrival day. Our shipping partners consistently work toward meeting these expectations, but the complexity of international and regional logistics means that occasional delays are possible. Being aware of these variables—especially during holiday seasons or when sending items to more remote destinations—can help you anticipate delivery more accurately and ensure a smooth, well-informed shopping experience.
